WONDER – Music and the Natural World

Postponing our May 10 Concert

Dear Friends of Cantate,

I hope this message finds you well. The state of our nation and our world is quite uncertain as the COVID-19 pandemic has brought daily life to a screeching halt. Following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control, Governor Hogan, and the White House to limit gatherings and avoid unnecessary contact, and safeguarding the well-being of our concertgoers, singers, and volunteers, we have decided to postpone our May 10 concert, “WONDER: Music and the Natural World.”

As you can imagine, rescheduling that concert anytime soon will be tricky. Thank you for your patience as we investigate our options. In the meantime, we ask that you hold on to your tickets and wait for word about our alternative plans.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Executive Director, Margaret Bushko, at exec@cantate.org. You may also leave us a message at (301) 986-1799, and we’ll return your call within two business days.

Thank you for your support. Please take good care of yourselves, and we look forward to sharing our music with you again soon!
