A Pledge to Equity

We, the board, staff, and members of Cantate, declare racism in any degree to be abhorrent and unacceptable. We acknowledge that racism remains part of the fabric of the classical music world, and we pledge to combat it through all the means at our disposal—the music we make, the musicians who perform it, the venues in which we perform, and the organizations with which we partner.
